  1. To be eligible to win, you must be a registered member of www.macworld.com.au
  2. The "win-an-iphone" is provided by iWorld Australia. Landline: 03 9532 3300.
  3. By you submitting to the give away, you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by these conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not enter the competition.
  4. The give away is open to Australian residents only. And have to be registered with macworld.com.au. Employees and agents of iWorld Australia and their immediate families are not permitted to enter win-an-iphone.
  5. By clicking ‘submit’ you also agree to receive non-rated marketing messages from iWorld Australia from time to time basis.
  6. The determination of the winner by iWorld Australia will be final. Entrants will have no right of appeal. The lottery for the prize will take place 48hrs after the closing date at Unit 17/92-102 Keys Road Moorabbin VIC 3189.
  7. Winners will be contacted via a phone call or e-mailed after verification of registration with macworld.com.au. If the winner does not answer their phone or respond to the e-mail after 7 working days, the prize will be allocated to the participant in second place. The winners of all are announced on this web site (www.iworldaustralia.com.au) and (www.macworld.com.au)
  8. If for some reason beyond iWorld Australia’s control, it is not possible to supply the prize as advertised, iWorld Australia will supply a substitutable item of equal or greater value.
  9. The prize is awarded within 28 days of the closing date.
  10. Winners are required to send a confirmation e-mail to support@iworldaustralia.com.au stating their current address their full name and phone number. These details are checked against iWorld Australia’s records. If the confirmation email is not received by iWorld Australia 28 days after the winner is first contacted, the prize is deemed forfeited. Prizes cannot be issued without this email confirmation. Prizes will only be sent to the address specified unless otherwise indicated by the winner. Prizes returned to iWorld Australia’s unclaimed are deemed forfeited and will not be reissued at a later date.
  11. There are no other obligations, such as an obligation to purchase goods or services, connected to participation in the win-an-iphone .
  12. iWorld Australia will collect personal information about entrants for the purposes of conducting win-an-iphone and awarding the prize. In accordance with the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth), you have a right to access most of the information iWorld Australia holds about you. If your request is denied, you will be provided with reasons.
  13. Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) and other statutes there are some warranties and conditions that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified or can only be excluded, restricted or modified to a limited extent. iWorld Australia excludes all warranties and conditions to the extent allowable by these laws. Liability is limited to the fullest extent allowable by law.
  14. If the win-an-iphone is not capable of running as planned due to any reason (including, but not limited to fraud, a state of emergency, natural disaster, war, technical failures or any other causes) iWorld Australia reserves the right to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the win-an-iphone.
  15. You release and agree to keep iWorld Australia indemnified from any claim, cost, demand, tax, liability or damage suffered or incurred by iWorld Australia or its directors, employees or agents, arising out of entry into the win-an-iphone give away.
  16. iWorld Australia is not responsible for any technical error that may occur during the win-an-iphone give away. This includes, but is not limited to, any omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission or failure of any telephone, mobile or satellite network.
  17. iWorld Australia is not responsible for any lost, late or incomprehensible entries in the win-an-iphone give away.
  18. iWorld Australia is not responsible for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize in the win-an-iphone. You should seek independent financial advice about such matters.
  19. Except for the promotion of the iWorld Australia on this website, these give away is also promoted on other websites. Such promotions on other websites take place by and under the responsibility of third parties. iWorld Australia can not control such promotions and to the extent permitted by law, it herewith excludes all liability for damage that results from or is otherwise connected to such promotion by third parties.
  20. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and iWorld Australia.
  21. Competition ends on the 31st of July.
