Ntractive on Tuesday announced the launch of Elements SBM 1.0, a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software package for Mac OS X. It costs $US69.95 per user per month.

Elements SBM is aimed at small to medium sized enterprises who need CRM, project management, personal information management, inventory management and document management. The software is based on Apple’s WebKit technology — it’s a hybrid Web application that runs on your Mac’s desktop, integrating with the Ntractive Web data center. By keeping the data centralised, Ntractive says that Elements SBM users can rest assured that servers and data storage are backed up continuously.

Elements SBM supports integration with third-party software tools using AppleScript and other technologies. Support includes MYOB’s AccountEdge business accounting software package.

Ntractive is also preparing an iPhone client for Elements SBM and will release the beta version in November.

System requirements call for Mac OS X 10.4.11 or later, an active Internet connection, and 1024 x 768 or greater resolution.
