As the September 12 next-generation iPhone launch approaches, a number of new images have surfaced claiming to be of Apple’s iPhone 5 alongside the iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS.

The validity of the images is dubious as they appear to be concept designs, however the images from iColorOS via NoWhereElse might give an indication to the¬†height, width and depth of the iPhone 5 in comparison to Apple’s older model smartphones.

The pictured ‘iPhone 5′ is considerably thinner than the other two devices, sports a two-tone rear shell and an elongated display.
