As the September 12 next-generation iPhone launch approaches, a number of new images have surfaced claiming to be of Apple’s iPhone 5 alongside the iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS.

The validity of the images is dubious as they appear to be concept designs, however the images from iColorOS via NoWhereElse might give an indication to the height, width and depth of the iPhone 5 in comparison to Apple’s older model smartphones.

The pictured ‘iPhone 5′ is considerably thinner than the other two devices, sports a two-tone rear shell and an elongated display.
