Apple has released it’s fourth iOS 6 beta to developers, available as an over-the-air update.

The new beta brings improved Bluetooth sharing, improved privacy settings, changes to Siri and updates to the Maps and Passbook apps.

The update features an App Store link in Passbook, presumably to fast-track users to applications that utilise Passbook’s ticket system. This may include flight information, movie ticket purchase or retail stores.

Apple’s new Maps app has received an update as well, with improved map rendering, the notification of one-way streets and an increased number of addresses. However the big change is the app now supports a number of new 3D regions in the US, Canada and Europe. Melbourne and Sydney were added in past iOS beta updates.

Siri has a new help section to improve the questions asked and now boasts local search features.

YouTube is no longer present in the update, with Apple appearing to remove the built-in app from iOS 6 set for release in September.

iOS 6 beta 4, build number 10A5376e, arrives with an updated Apple TV iOS 6 beta and Xcode beta.
