The release of iOS 4.3.1 for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch will happen within the next two weeks, it has been claimed.

BGR reports that iOS 4.3.1 will ship within “one to two weeks” though didn’t specify where this information came from.

According to the report, iOS 4.3.1 will contain baseband updates for the 3GS and iPad, and fix a number of bugs in iOS 4.3, which was released less than two weeks ago.

These bugs include a problem with NTLM authentication in apps and on websites, third party apps not recognising the gyroscope on the iPad 2 and an vulnerability that allows the iPad 2 to be jailbroken.

I need it now…. iPhone started playing up this morning with really weird bugs.

Looks like I’ll be doing a restore from backup in the meantime.
