Mozilla launched Firefox 13 for download overnight, bringing a new home page and a reset function for major browser issues.

Firefox has caught up with other internet browsers, with its ‘New Tab’ page now featuring thumbnail links to frequently viewed sites. Users also have the option to revert back to a blank page or add and remove specific links.

According to Mashable the update brings “several important new features to the table; most notably, a new hme page, which offers easy access to bookmarks, downloads, history, add-ons sync and settings.”

Fixing issues with the browser has been simplified into a single click, with the option to reset Firefox by typing ‘about:support’ into the address bar. This will move all of the current page’s data into a fresh window.

Firefox 13 is available to download now from Mozilla’s webpage.
