A set of high-resolution photos have been posted by Japanese website iLab supposedly of the sixth-generation iPhone – also referred to as the iPhone 5 – set for release this year.
The images show a bigger screen and a two-tone case design, plus the FaceTime camera has been moved to the middle of the front panel.
The rumoured smaller 19-pin dock connector and the headphone port appear at the bottom of the device beside a bigger speaker and microphone configuration.
Apple was granted a patent for a new dock connector a fortnight ago, with the technology giant hoping to reduce the space the connector consumes on its devices and possibly make room for the pictured microphone, speaker and headphone port at the base of the device.
The next iPhone is expected to be announced this spring alongside iOS 6 and possibly an iPad mini.

Bit of a yawn actually, IMO I think that apple needs to update IOS6 visually.
