Ashton Kutcher has been seen this week, sporting a beard, hair extensions and a variety of polo shirts filming scenes in the actual garage where Jobs first started Apple computers.

The actor was joined by his co-stars Dermot Mulroney, who plays Mike Markkula, Apple’s first backer, and Josh Gad, who plays Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.

Lukas Haas was also snapped on the LA set and Ahna O’Reilly who plays Jobs’ first girlfriend Chris-Ann Brennan, a painter who gave birth to Jobs’ first daughter, Lisa Brennan-Jobs in 1978.

Last month Producer Mark Hulme told, ’When Ashton read the script he was immediately attracted to the project. He is a Steve Jobs and Apple fan, and is technologically savvy, as well, so he recognised the historical importance of Steve Jobs and the potential of the project. He is very excited to have the role.’

The film will be released at the end of this year, and will focus on the the early years of Steve Jobs and Apple, between 1971 and 2000.
