Apple is testing iOS 6.0.1, which includes a fix for the keyboard bug, and resolves a camera flash issue, according to reports.

BGR reports that a ‘reliable Apple source’ has said that Apple’s iOS 6.0.1 is being tested with different carriers in the US.

Among the changes that are expected to arrive with the update, BGR’s report notes that it should “fix the horizontal lines bug on the screen when the keyboard or app folder is open, and it will also fix a problem with the camera’s flash not going off.”

BGR also says that Apple’s iOS 6 update will improve Wi-Fi support, fix some cellular data issues, add a consolidated cellular switch for iTunes Match, fix Passbook security bug, and fix the bug that caused Exchange meetings to be cancelled.

Apple has also begun working on iOS 6.1, says the source, indicating that the iPad mini won’t have the larger update to its operating system when it launches on Friday.

They need to fix the proximity sensor glitch. It’s annoying pressing buttons while on the phone
