Apple has announced it will conduct its quarterly conference call to discuss its Q3 financial results on 24 July at 2pm PT, which will be Wednesday, 25 July at 7am AEST.
During its last quarterly results call Apple announced it had sold 11.8 million iPads, 35.1 million iPhones, 7.7 million iPods and 4 million Macs in Q2, bringing in a net profit of nearly US$12 billion. The company’s revenue amounted to US$39.2 billion and earnings were US$13.87 per share.
The next results will see early sales performance figures for the new Retina MacBook Pro and the new iPad. It will also be interesting to see if Apple, following a trend from last year, will release Mountain Lion the day after the conference call, as this will meet the ‘end of July’ deadline for the release as stated on Apple’s website.
Audio of the event will be streamed live on Apple’s investor relations page. However Macworld Australia will bring you all the results as they are announced.
