Apple, IBM business apps heading to Japan

IBM-security-mobile-macworld-australiaThe partnership of Apple and IBM resulted in the release of the MobileFirst suite of iOS enterprise apps last year. Today, the companies will be localising the apps to the Japanese market.

No official announcement has been made yet, however 9to5Mac’s trusted sources say that the companies will be releasing seven apps to the Japanese market today.

IBM is currently making seven out of 14 MobileFirst apps for iOS solutions suitable for Japan and they are applicable to help enterprise customers in Banking and Financial Markets, Insurance, Government, Retail and Telecommunications.

Thanks to an unrivalled collaboration between Apple and IBM, we will see the two companies develop and challenge the boundaries of iOS to help company’s access full capabilities wherever they interact with clients.
