Samsung may be trying to overshadow the launch of iPhone 4S, but Apple seems to have had the last laugh.

Today Apple was granted an injunction against Samsung, after winning a Federal Court battle, blocking Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 device in Australia. Apple began legal proceedings back in July.

Apple has claims the Galaxy Tab 10.0 has similarities, if not copies the iPad.

Samsung had originally planned to have the Galaxy Tab 10.0 available in Australia last month but placed this on hold until the battle was resolved.

This follows months of legal battles between Apple and Samsung in several countries, with claims of product similarities and copied patents.
