Adobe has released an update to its Photoshop Touch software designed to optimise the product for smaller tablet devices, in particular the iPad mini with its 7.9in display.

Photoshop Touch is a more consumer friendly version of Adobe’s classic Photoshop software. It enables users to edit photo images with layers, effects and professional level tools.

The latest update makes the interface more accessible on smaller devices, and introduces new sharing functionality through Facebook and Twitter.

This release also introduces native stylus support for the three-pressure sensitive styluses such as the Pogo Connect.
