After offering odds on Nokia’s smartphone Q2 market share a fortnight ago, Sportsbet has turned its hand to Apple’s latest retail store in Australia.

The Rundle Place Apple Store will open this Saturday in Adelaide, South Australia, and Sportsbet has opened odds on which Apple product will sell out first.

“Let’s hope Apple have harvested enough products for Saturday’s grand opening because, given this is the first Apple Store in SA, we are tipping tech heads will be coming from as far as Blinman to check it out!” said Sportsbet’s Brigitte Lowsby.

The iPad mini is the favourite at $2.10, followed by the iPhone 5 ($5), the iPad 2 ($6) and the iPod touch ($9). The iMac falls last, with odds at $21.

The betting company is also offering odds on the first state or territory to receive an Apple Store from the two left without – Tasmania and the Northern Territory.

Tasmania is odds-on at $1.65, followed by the Northern Territory at $2.10.
