I have recently bought a MacBook Pro, making the change from a PC.
I have a question: How do you save WMA music files into ITunes? Is there something I need to do to convert them to ITunes format? I downloaded the QuickTime plugin to play WMA files but I can’t copy them over to my ITunes library.
Can you help me?
In QuickTime Player, open your .wma file, then choose File > Save As, and select Movie. It will convert the .wma file to a .mov, given a minute or so.
You can now add this .mov file to iTunes, which will recognise it and add it to your Library. You will need to have the free version of Flip4Mac installed in order for this to work.
