Although Address Book can print labels quite well, the program doesn’t make it easy to create a label that’s addressed to an entire family – to ‘The Smith Family’, say – when the name field in the Address Book record you’ve selected contains simply ‘John Smith’ or even ‘John and Jane Smith’.

But there is a way to do it: Edit the contact by entering the family name in the Company field. Be sure to select the Company box so that the record displays the company name at the top, instead of the first and last name.
