This external display for iPad has two parts attached by a hinge, with the external display on one side, and a docking space on the other. Slip the iPad into the dock, connect the video cable to the iPad (using an HDMI adapter) and then access the iPad screen through a cutout on the device. Not currently shipping to Australia.
