My monthly digital magazine is yet to appear for download does anyone know of any problems which may have delayed it? Have other subscribers received their download? It's now the 7th of the month more than a little late! Thanks in advance for your replies.

I purchased an up spec'd Macbook Air 06 July 2012 and qualify for the free Mountain Lion upgrade. I completed all purchase details on the Apple website and provided proof of purchase. I'm disappointed that I am yet to receive the content code for OS X Mountain Lion, redeemable on the Mac App Store. Apple state that this code will be emailed in 24hrs from completion of the online form. I'm still waiting! I would have thought Apple would have been better organised to accommodate customers who've recently parted with significant dollars and provided the codes instantly. Anyone else waiting?
