  1. Adobe Ceo Shows How To Dodge Price-Gouging Questions

    15 February 2013 - 08:59 AM

This has got to be the most disgusting display from a CEO or the most comical display from a CEO....

Watch this video on Adobe's CEO dodging the question as to why we here in Australia pay $1400 more for Adobe Creative Suite than the USA.

I still love Adobes products..Photoshop and Illustrator are the best graphics programs on the market...but he is such a moron!

No wonder alot of people Pirate software!

  2. Formatting An External Hard Drive

    12 February 2013 - 08:38 PM

    Hi Guys,

I plugged a 1TB external drive to format today and originally when I had reformatted it, I created 2 partitions and encrypted it.

When I plug it in to my Mac and open up disk utility to reformat it, it only displays the 2 partitions as the top level drive, not the main drive as the top level drive which would allow me to reformat it and partition it again. It's really weird.

I have attached a picture to show you what I mean. In the picture the top 2 drives are the external drive that doesn't display the top level drive, while the one below it is another external drive that I have plugged in that does display correctly.

How do I make the top level drive appear in disk utility so i can select it so i can reformat the whole drive????

Well the rumour mill is back in full swing about an Apple iWatch.......and I am salivating!!!!

I am ready to buy it right now!!!!!

Let's hope this is true and we see it by the second quarter. I bet the invites to the Keynote will say:

'Imagine if you could go forward in time'

    Check it out here iWatch

Forget the Apple TV...this could be the next big thing!

Other companies have tried to do this, but no one will do it as well as Apple!
  5. Static Electricity Vibration On Macbook Air

    29 January 2013 - 03:55 PM

    Hi Guys,

    Has anyone else experienced this:

I have been using my MacBook Air for a while now and when I have it plugged in to a power board using the supplied 2 prong charger, I can feel electrical vibrations running through the body of the MacBook.

I always felt it, but I never thought anything of it, until a few days ago when I thought is this normal?

Upon further discovery it seems like this is an issue with MacBook Airs and even MBPs. The 2 prong charger doesn’t earth the machine so one can feel electrical charges in the form of vibrations running through the machine.

If I plug in the extension cord that came with the MBA which has a 3 prong plug, it earths the MBA and the vibrations disappear.

To me this seems like a pretty big issue and apparently something that Apple wont acknowledge is an issue or fix. Apparently they say it's not harmful and meets standards. The solution is to use the extension cord, which can be a pain to carry around, but why on earth not supply a 3 pronged plug with the standard charger?

Also this can’t be too healthy having an electrical charge tingling ones skin when using the machine.

I found a large thread on the Apple Support Communities about this as well as the Mac Rumors forum.

Check out this thread here: Thread

    Has anyone else experienced this?????
