Hi everyone,
does anyone know why my IMac does not accept Adobe anymore? I am playing scrabble with some friends and suddenly it does not work. Was doing fine before.
I download Adobe Flash..install, then I get the same message again again.
I restart the computer, stop my anti virus...go to a different site dor download....to no avail.
If anyone knows, please let me know.
This game requires at minimum Adobe Flash Player version 10.1.102
Click here to get the latest Flash Player
cheers

Hi Pegi
For the first port of call, go to System Preferences and click on the Flash Player icon at the bottom. Make sure the 'Block all sites from storing information on this computer' option isn't selected. If it is, change it to one of the other two options (preferably the first). If not, then:
Go to /Library/Internet Plugins and delete Flash Player.plugin. Empty the trash. Then re-download Flash Player from here.
Hopefully this will work!
Cheers

Dave many thanks really for the reply and the tips...
Did exactly that.
But one thing I was omitting to do is to drag the App to Finder in the Apps section if you know what I mean. I reinstalled, and restarted...
Since that all is good and I can beat my friends at scrabble again, especially with being 79 points ahead.

Good stuff, Pegi! Have you played Words With Friends? Not as good as Scrabble, I think, but still fun.

yes Dave I have played Words with Friends/still am, but as you said, me neither not very keen, it is OK. But I do prefer Scrabble. Less cluttered, less fancy, just simple and easy.
Cheers and thanks again.
