Yes its the iPhone 5, apple has logged a claim with the WIPO, world international property organisation, to get www.iphone5.com. off its current owner, which happens to be a forum.
Is apple doing the right thing claiming its name back, or is it more of a case of first in first served ?

It's a brand, I think it's reasonable. Doesnt mean the next phone will be called a 5 tho.
