Some dud company that owes its suppliers 400 million world wide, and has enough money in the bank to buy half a cup of coffee, Could stuff apples trade mark in china , and the Chinese gov, could just help them do it.

Why should we care ? Well I think we might just have too, with the iPad being a super cash cow for apple, any name change to the product or worse, the product being banned in china, will frighten the share holders even more, and apples shares could take a major slide that could cause a major chain reaction, to apples share price, reminisent of the 90s again.
