I'm not sure if it is one of the ones listed, but there is also a free App for every individual club out as well. I've downloaded the Collingwood one and have to say that for a free one it is pretty good (although I did note the news articles are somewhat outdated).

Having just re-opened the app though it looks like they've updated all the content sources for the new season this week.
