Apple own the design for the iPad smart cover ? So how do these two kids get away with duplicating it and applying it to an iPhone ???

Not sure. It's on the back and holds the headphones. So I guess it's different enough.

I love my 'turtle' that I bought online from Foofpod. Saves the headphones being wrecked in my bag.
