Hey all,
Just reviewed the newest installment in The Simpsons franchise, the new iOS app Tapped Out. If you are a fan of the television series, who isn't?, then check it out. It is well worth a look, but be warned it is a casual game.

Tapped Out

Thanks,

You can use it as a paper weight or door stopper if you like.

Also, it's not your old phone... It's your new one....:)

It's great, Ellis! We're fighting over the iPad at home. Just remember Jono's tip about tapping Homer's head 10 times to get doughnuts ... sorry, I mean donuts.

Cheers

I got a push notification from within the App saying that because so many people have downloaded the App, they are having server issues, and they will be rectified soon.

I bet they wish they had charged people for it seeing it's so successful.

Trouble is after this fiasco, no body will be interested in playing it anymore, and a lot of people simply will delete it like I have.

I was about to delete it when I read Brian's response. Have kept it for now.

Hi everyone,
I was having the server issues when I first got the game, not too many users using it then :P

It is quite addictive it seems, I showed it to my brother and I haven't seen my iPad since.

Keep at it I say, anything that combines 'donuts' with iOS is genius in my book. Hopefully server issues are rectified soon.

What a classic...EA have pulled this App off the App store temporarily due to server issues.

Check out the article here

I haven't even had a chance to play it yet after downloading it.

Bit of a shame, when I first got the game it ran smoothly and was a lot of fun to play.
I guess too many people were trying to use it at the same time. Lots of Simpsons fans out there.
