Well I just saw Galaxy Tab ad for the first time tonight on TV, and it does look good. Pretty amazing that it looks like an iPad, even the Mail app looks like the mail App on the iPad.

I wonder where those ideas came from??

Anyway it's not the tablet that makes it great, it's the OS. So it's not really Samsung to worry about, it's Android.

But then again it's not Apple.. And what I like about Apple is simplicity.

I believe you Ken. I'm sure it's a great tablet, and will provide stiff competition. I even do think some Android features ate awesome.

But at the end of the day, Apple have cracked the marketing behind the iPad, so they will prevail for a little while longer.

I think unless the iPad 3 is truly ground breaking, apple will lose market share very quickly in 2012, let's be fair they have already slashed manufacturing by about 30% in the last 4 months, so to me that's a pretty darn good wake up call to lift there game.

I've never bought an Apple product because it had this biggest market share.

You might not care about market share JZ, but you can bet your shiny iPad the people at Apple do.

When apple was on its knees did you buy apple products 17 years ago ?? I know I didn't. So market share is critical to any business no matter how much cash they have in the bank.

Obviously market share matters to Apple. I'm just saying it doesn't affect my decision to buy their products. Apple are clearly #2 in the PC world. But I still buy their computers over Microsoft's windows based computers.
