Hi people

Well this morning when I opened my Mac, I could not open my address book. I was using it till yesterday evening and today it decided to go somewhere...where I have no idea!

When I click on the icon on the toolbar or the launchpad, I can see the writing on top of the screen indicating that something is showing...am I being silly there not sure! but the bookitself does not open.

Anyone out there have any idea of what the gremlins are trying to do to my Mac?

Cheers
Pegi

If you have the menu options for Address Book on the screen (ie. after the Apple menu are the words "Address Book", then click on the Window menu then choose "Bring All to Front" which should show any open windows for the application

Hi,
I am afraid this did not work. So i trawled through the internet to see what I could find and in fact I had to go through quite a few loops to get back the Address Book.

So I went through the Finder/Library/address.plist and refreshed it. After I received several warnings, all the old address book contacts came back and NOW will back it it up just in case. The funny thing is that I thought BENTO will keep all this.,But it did not.

So here we go.
