One thing I forgot to ask them was if they are ok on splitting the bill among multiple people as I know some places in NZ don't allow it!

Not sure Jamie, do they accept $NZ :P

If you are concerned everybody can chuck some cash on the table , and I will just chuck it on my credit card.

O Jamie, if you are outside, look at the parking sign for me please and let me know if it's a clear way until 6pm

I'm sure I can sort it out when I get back to NZ, it's probably just a setting gone wrong on the phone.

Rumor has it that my new job may be providing me with an iPhone (so I heard today) and perhaps if that's the case she can have mine as it might look a bit odd if I am carrying 2 iPhones.

You wouldn't look odd Jamie, one iPhone for each ear!

Sorry I couldn't make it, I'd been unwell all weekend and was in desperate need of an early night. Glad you guys had a good time though!

Well 2 is better than 1 I guess and I don't really want to give up my iPhone since I have just got a very cool phone number for it (ask Dave if he remembers what I said it was). Posted Image

It was a shame that you couldn't make it as I was looking forward to meeting as many people as I could while I'm over here, I'm heading back home on Friday afternoon otherwise we could have arranged another get together. The really funny thing is that I walk past the Niche office every lunch time when I head up the road to get something to eat as my companies office here is just around the corner on Eastern Road, who would have thought I'd be so close! I guess the old adage "it's a small world" certainly applies here.
