Has anyone backed up their iOS device with iCloud Backup?

I haven't done it yet, but I was wondering if Apple are only going to give people 5GB of storage and you have a 16Gig to 64 GB iOS device, how's that going to work???

Also that's a huge amount of data to backup. Would chew through ones data allowance.

I'm assuming once it's backed up your device, it then only backs up any changes since the last backup??

Correct, I have 25 gig, as I am still a current mobile subscriber, and it works perfectly.

I so have 25GB but how do you backup your iPhone and iPad with 25GB?

I guess that's Apples way of making more money to get people to buy more space.

Apple don't count any of the stuff you've purchased through iTunes. So if you buy all your music, books etc through iTunes then the 5 gig should cover your email and a bit of other stuff. You can go into your backup and switch off certain things as well, e.g. I found that my Wired subscription was taking up 3gb so next year when my MobileMe subscription expires, I'll stop backing up those large subscriptions, because most allow you to download again anyway.
