A couple of night ago on fox8 they had WCG ultimate, the first time i have seen game offs between people on cable TV, or am i little late on the uptake, anyway it was way cool to watch, from memory it was the title for MAG battlefield.
They had full game plays to watch and the skill sets these guys and girls have is awesome, I really enjoyed watching it and the way it was set up and presented, real edge of you seat playoffs, you can't stop getting immersed into it, I will be looking out for this in the future.

In Korea there are multiple entire channels dedicate to e-sports - specifically Starcraft and League of Legends. And it is not only media coverage that these games get, players are treated like rock stars, make hundreds of thousands of dollars from sponsorships and are seen as idols.
They will literally sell out arenas for people to watch Starcraft matches live. Insanity.
