Has anyone got any local contacts with experience in integrating OS X into an windows 2003 Active Directory environment?
We are moving our school away from windows but we have to stick with 2003 server for a little while yet.
I need assistance with mounting windows shares, integrating home folders etc.
Any companies specializing in this kind of support? Any contacts, advice or help is greatly appreciated.

Nextbyte have had a lot of success with this sort of thing and are local for you
Alternatively, join the maced list at maced@zeus.as.edu.au

Nice to see some schools coming back to the Mac!
I thought I was wrong once...but I was mistaken

I think the simplest way to get the Macs to work properly in the Active Directory environment is to get a Mac server. Mac OS Server can hook into Active Directory and allow the Macs to log in to the AD server properly. You can get them to log in independently, but you can have issues with keeping a specific default Dock, etc.
Never owned a PC...
