Iím sitting in the keynote of this conference (known colloquially as NECC) where over 18 000 educators have come together in San Antonio Texas (site of the Alamo) for what is arguably the biggest education conference to address curriculum issues involving Information Technologies in the world, with the theme of Convene, Connect and Transform. You'll need a time machine too: the conference was held in June.

Welcome to AMW gil - I reckon you'll have to step in an ever-increasing line for the privilege of carrying Martin's bags on his next foray overseas. He's had a great year with the conferences and I don't think there'll be another one like it for a while!!

Hmmm. I will have to find an education conference myself then. Maybe something in California in January. Then I could go to the Apple conference + visit the home-schooling place we use + something tax deductible.....

Geez, sorry Martin!!! What a life some teachers lead, huh!! All these holidays.......???? I can say that now that I've retired from 37 years of teaching. biggrin.gif
