Apple Ditches Iwork, Aperture Free Trials WHY

Hey everyone

Why would they do this?? It's like they want to drive more customers away. So much for hoping to have demos for iOS apps... :(

Don't most of those apps, come pre loaded on all new macs ?

If they do they're only trial versions. Aperture is a professional level product.

You may be right Alex, I know all the iWork's apps are pre installed and are free, but aperture, may be another subject.

Hey ken, I never knew that Iwork came for free. Since when? Or am I dreaming at the moment ....of my new Iphone...Fat chance!

Hmm you may be onto something Pegi, I see they only come now with iPhoto etc, every Mac I have ever bought in the last 20 years has come with the full iWork's etc installed.

I wonder, when they stopped supplying it for free ?

iLife came installed for free.

iWork was only ever a trial.
