Help me out here fellow mac lovers, I have had google plus now since it came out, I have posted about 4 things on there in about 18 months, and Yes I have some good friends on their as well, who have posted about the same amount as me.

But on average i get about 4 people a day with names like mohammed, and akhmed, and a few other i can't pronounce also following my post, which is kinda creepy.

So my question is, who around here still uses it, or is it just a pointless waste of time ?

I'm exactly the same as you Ken. I've posted on it I think twice. Maybe looked at it 5 times and that's been it.

I think Its a waste of time and it's dead before its even begun.

The internet is a pointless waste of time, but that doesn't stop us using it. What about that pin thing? What happened to myspace?

Cheers,

I deleted my account. Apart from a few tech gurus I don't think anyone normal uses it.

Thanks Alex, thats sort of the way i am felling, now the next question when you delete it, does it actually delete, or is it like Facebook, it just stays there forever waiting for you to reactivate it ?

I think it deletes it. BTW, you can delete your FB account - deactivation is a separate process, like taking a holiday.

The guide at http://www.wikihow.c...acebook-Account gives a few methods to permanently delete your Facebook account.

I can confirm that the second option, the "Delete Page Method" works
