When emailing, the address book that can be accessed from the email entry is often out of synch with the actual address book accessed from the
dock.
email addresses seem to be out of synch. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Yes it is weird, maybe there is a way of refreshing the address book, I always thought to two lists were the same, but sometimes a name and email address pops up that cannot be found in the main address book.

I think it's not just Address Book here. I think Mail also has a 'previous recipients' list going on in parallel.

If you go to Window>Previous Recipients you can edit them there.
You might not know it to look at me, but I'm pretty radical.

I knew it existed, but I didn't know where to look for it until I was writing the post.
