Macbook Pro Mac Addresses One or two?

Was trying to make my router more secure by using mac addresses for filtering.

Got all the devices entered ok into the router. I have 5 devices linked to this router: AppleTV, xBox360, iPad2, wireless printer and the MacBook Pro.

Under DHCP in the router I found a total of 6 MAC addresses.

It appears that the MACBook Pro has two. One for the MACBook itself (ethernet??) and one when the MACBook Pro is connected wirelessly.

Would this be correct?

Sounds about right, I know my iMac has 2, so I am assuming the macbook pro would be no different.
Come on 20K

Thanks Ken,

Well it's something new to me because I have never seen this on PCs.

Anyway, all running ok here and hopefully we have a bit more protection from intruders.

Cheers

Might be similar but when I use my iPhone 4s to link my MBP to the net at work, it always shows 2 connections on the iPhone. I have checked and checked but it can only be the MBP.
