Wow this is a surprise, HP has decided to get out of the low martin PC business, and get out of phones, after spending 1.2 billion buying Palm just 2 years ago.

Bit sad about WebOS, and with time it might have been profitable, but a sign of the times I guess. The tablet market is still virtually new and PC market is going through a shake up. Be interesting to see who buys it - it sounds profitable, just not as profitable as HP want.
