* movie rentals great, but no aussie support blows
* macbook air seems to me more like a macbook replacement, than a ultra portable. glossy display not that great in the sunny glare.

my 15" macbook pro runs at 70 degrees 80% of the time, with the fans running flat out. i cant see the profile getting much smaller with the current hardware. i like the classic design, but the trackpad will most likely be the next upgrade.
why not make the macbook air a real UPC!
8" monitor, with SS hardware. the once introduced today is just a fancy macbook imo.

• 2 x 1TB drives for mirroring (optional premium 4 x 1TB ) i dont like the idea of a single drive that could crap itself at any point, loosing your precious 'past'. adding another drive makes the product more appealing ( back up of your backup = more sales ), which wouldnt even drive the price up for the consumer.
• audio output, like on the express units should be a basic feature of the base stations. its not going to affect the sales of express units, but will strengthen the home network experience. no one wants to clutter their house with extra electrical devices( not to mention wastage of electricity) sitting next to each other for the sake of an audio output.
its a nice idea, but with the 25% price hike on top of the missing features, it doesnt hit the mark with me

New announcements in March I'll warrant.
Gotta keep the share market ticking all year round, not just in January
Hopefully an iPhone Asia about the same time
