Tip: Access System Menu From Dedicated Function Keys

This is cool, I just heard it today.

If you press the option + a dedicated function key (e.g. brightness, mission control), OS X will take you straight to the corresponding system preference settings. So opt + F3 (mission control on my old keyboard) takes you to Mission Control in System Preferences.

Neat! Heard that one from Andy Inatkho on Macbreak Weekly.

That is neat. Could not get it to work at first because I have my function keys set as function keys so that I have to press Fn + say F3 to get the mission controls settings up. Newbie here but got there in the end.

Neat feature, thanks for posting.
