The option for turning "iCloud" music is in - Settings - Store - turn on music. Apps and Books should already be there.

Tones is iPhone iTunes app - more - tones. ( can't see tones on pad either)

iCloud has held more promise than reality until recently for me. I've found a couple of apps that include it as an option for syncing and to be honest, in some circumstances, I prefer it even to Dropbox. Lack of a complicated file structure makes it much simpler. Mind you, they're apps that don't require file sharing - it's purely keeping them in sync between my Mac and iPad. iCloud will never be a replacement for Dropbox unless Apple eases it's inter-app sharing rules.

I'd like to see a light weight web frontend to iCloud. The curernt one is bandwidth hungry which makes it difficult to use in some work environments. For example we use Microsoft RDS servers for our day to day work at my employer and the web access in this is very slow on graphically hungry websites, if you could get Apple to have a nice simple front end for logon without all of the huge graphics it would make my life so much simpler.
Common sense is like deodorant. The people who need it most never use it.
