News, Reviews and more from Australia's Macintosh Authority
This morning's event, in which Apple promised to "put the spotlight on notebooks," has been nearly as anticipated, discussed and dissected beforehand by pundits and Mac users as if it were an Expo keynote. How many of the rumours were true? Have your wishes been answered? We'll update live as the event unfolds. Jason Snell from US Macworld is there at the event, and we'll be getting his commentary as it happens. There will also be input from the Australian angle by MJCP as and when necessary. We'll have Australian pricing information immediately after the end of the event.

America’s presidential election is over, and we can all be grateful for that. But in politics, the race never really ends. I think that’s the metaphor at work in Freedom Run by Spiralstorm Games. The game’s imagery is ripe with symbolism: Republicans and Democrats are bound to each other, struggling to achieve a common good just out of reach. One cannot succeed without the other. And the run, just like the ever-expanding quest for freedom, is endless. There is no finish line. And if you fall down, you get up and try again.
