triqtraq is such an app – an extensive and not too expensive offering that lets you easily create a unique sound.

triqtraq consists of four soundboards with eight sounds. At the top of the screen you will find a timeline, making it possible to make your own riffs, or patterns. It is possible to mix 16 riffs together into a song and, thanks to extensive options, you can tweak the number of beats per minute (BPM) and apply various filters.

The interface contains many buttons, and triqtraq may initially seem scary to some users, but if you just practice and try to master all the functions, you will see that you can achieve a lot with this app.

triqtraq is a very interesting app for anyone who wants to experiment with making their own beats. The app is very extensive, however, so you’ll need to practice using it.
