As you’re reading this website you’re obviously keen on finding new and wonderful apps to use on your iOS device. But while we all know the joy of finding a fantastic app, we also know the frustration that follows when you try to find more like it. Filter Squad has made life easy by applying the core code used in smash-hit apps Discovr Music and Discovr Movies to the world of apps.
Enter the matrix
Linked In – The more apps you tap on, the more the matrix links across to similar apps
Called to the bar – A slide-up module shows Favorites, Recommended apps, and your wish list.
Spread the word - As is pretty standard these days, you can share your discoveries easily via Twitter, Facebook or email.
Quick Fix - Shaking the iPad brings up an Erase Map dialogue box.

Time: 3+ Minutes
1. Get to base camp
Launch Discovr Apps and start typing in the name of the app you’d like to use as the basis of your search. A list of suggestions will appear.
2. Begin Exploring
Discovr Apps will work its magic and present a matrix of those apps which most closely match your base app.
3. Expand your horizons
Single-tapping on a secondary app will expand the matrix by another six apps more closely linked to it.
4. Find out more
Double-tapping on any app icon will bring up details of that app, including a blurb, screenshots and videos, plus Wish List and Download buttons.
5. The business end
Tapping the Download button in Step 4 takes you to that app’s page in Apple’s App Store for easy purchase and download.
6. Take a short-cut
Tapping and holding an app icon will bring up a short menu to Show in App Store, Add to/Remove from Favorites and Add to/Remove from Wish List.
